For the limited stuff, it's really hit or miss. Sometimes they do another run, sometimes not. Best to sign up for email notifications.

USPS tracking can be super slow sometimes. Especially if it's ground shipping. I'd give it a few more days before worrying.

Oh, that's annoying. I think you usually just email their support with your order number and why you're returning it. They'll send you instructions.

My custom strap design from Jaykco isn't showing up in my order confirmation. Worried they messed it up.
Sometimes the custom notes are just in the internal order comments. I'd definitely reach out to them directly to confirm.

My gift card balance isn't applying correctly at checkout. It's showing less than it should.
Double check the actual gift card number. Sometimes a typo can make it look like it applied but for a different amount, or not fully.
